Drunkenness, Fire, Photography

NAMSOC Bonfire 2007

I arrived just after the fire was lit. People were generally standing around admiring its brilliance. When the fire had died down a bit and most people had had a chance to get some food, the fireworks started. Despite having a few maniacs letting them off and having me as “safety officer” all went surprisingly well.  After the fireworks, some people went home while the rest of us admired the fire a bit more. The morning after we got up to have some breakfast, restart the fire and tidy the place up. Apparently some people never went to bed at all and just sat by the fire all night.
